2. Service Description

HeyBackdrop provides AI-powered generation of professional video call backgrounds with integrated company branding. All products are digital and delivered electronically.

3. User Responsibilities

• You warrant that you have the rights to all logos and content you upload
• You will not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You will not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service

4. Intellectual Property

• Your content: you retain full ownership of the logos and materials you upload
• Generated output: you own the generated backgrounds created from your order
• Showcase rights: HeyBackdrop retains the right to use generated outputs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
• Our platform: HeyBackdrop branding, user interface, and underlying technology remain the property of Electronica Solorzano, F.P.

5. AI-Generated Content

Results are generated by AI and may vary between generations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or “perfect” results. Each generation produces a unique output.

6. Payment

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are processed securely via PagueloFacil
• You agree to pay all applicable charges for products you purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Electronica Solorzano, F.P. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

1. Digital Product — All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a background has been generated and delivered.

2. Exception: Technical Failure

If we fail to deliver your product due to a technical error on our end, you may request a full refund. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.

Certain features on HeyBackdrop are labeled as “Beta.” These features are made available for early access and may not perform at the same level as our generally available services. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. No Warranty

Beta features are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Electronica Solorzano, F.P. makes no guarantees regarding the performance or reliability of Beta features.

3. Not Subject to Refunds

Beta features are included as a bonus with your purchase at no additional cost. Because they are provided free of charge, Beta features are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. The Refund Policy applies only to the core product you purchased.

4. Fair Use Policy

Beta features are subject to fair use limits to ensure quality for all users. These limits are set per user and may be adjusted at our discretion. Attempting to circumvent fair use limits may result in restricted access to Beta features.

5. Changes and Discontinuation

Electronica Solorzano, F.P. reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any Beta feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also transition Beta features to generally available status, which may include changes to terms, pricing, or functionality.
